We have pledged that all new projects designed after 2030 will be operationally carbon neutral. This commitment includes investing in research on low-carbon materials, embodied carbon reduction strategies, and renewable energy integration.

As part of this initiative, we are establishing a dedicated research lab focused on sustainable materials and construction methods.
